Danny Granger was suspended for one game due to his part in that little brawl during the Suns game. However, Indiana acted like it was no big deal. They made it look easy, with Brandon Rush on top with 24 points and nine rebounds. Dahntay Jones also played well with his 25 points. Troy Murphy had 19 points, Roy Hibbert with twelve, and T.J. Ford with eleven.
“We have guys that are capable of scoring and making the right plays,” Jones said. “When we found out Danny was not playing, we just took advantage of the opportunity.”
It surprised me against the 76ers. They played great and need to play more like this against other teams.
“We took advantage of moving the ball,” Jones said. “Our guards did a good job of distributing the ball and taking the right shots. It was a good team effort.”
You mean great team effort, Dahntay.
Jrue Holiday led the Sixers with 21 points and Samuel Dalembert with 16. He also had eleven rebounds and four blocks. Philadelphia has been struggling since Allen Iverson was out for the season. They have lost six of their last eight with him gone. And there is also sad news with Iverson, too, with his divorce coming up and his gambling/alcohol problems. I wish all the best to him.
Indiana will face the Celtics this Friday. It’s going to be a tough one. They gotta make the most of it.

Any motorist will know that, no matter how much money you pay for a car, how new or old it is, there will always be something that can go wrong. It doesn’t matter how rare the fault is, or how well the car runs most of the time, eventually something can go wrong – and when it does, you often find yourself having to hand over plenty of cash to get it repaired.
