Breaking News: Wolves Want Granger for Big Al, Bird Turns It Down

So I was scrolling around the Internet today, and I came across a post Jared Wade wrote at Eight Points, Nine Seconds. It says that the Minneosta Timberwolves offered center Al Jefferson, who has been in many trade rumors lately, for Pacers star forward Danny Granger.

Now I’m glad Larry Bird turned this offer down. I swear, if he had done this, it’s time for me to write about a different team. It said that the Pacers won’t trade anybody that have names sparking up as “Roy Hibbert” and, of course, “Danny Granger.” But hey, if it were Mike Dunleavy or T.J. Ford, it could be understandable, really.

But hey, glad the Pacers turned this offer down, good for them. But just imagine what would happen if they did pick up Al Jefferson…

I had looking for this story and found it here. Very interesting story.

Thanks

Pretty good post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really enjoyed reading your blog posts. Any way I'll be subscribing to your feed and I hope you post again soon.

I'm not sure if I agree with everything posted but this was definitely informative and well-written.

I'm glad the Pacers didn't do this deal as well. I'm over at the Sixers blog on here and I really enjoy watching Granger become the budding start he has in Pacer colors. Just think even if he did go somewhere, it wouldn't even look right. I think it's time to bring someone in for "Granger" to be able to build the franchise with. Good blog here, see you in the future.
