Pacers-Mavs: Things All Good for Dallas, Dunleavy Returns, Indy Falls 113-92

It was not a good game at all. This was clearly the worst game I have seen by the Pacers this year as they fall to the Dallas Maverics, 113-92. The Pacers fall to a record of 6-8 as the Mavs improve to 12-4.

Danny Granger played a good game with an injury, having 20 points. Troy Murphy did not play well, having ten points with two rebounds. Mike Dunleavy was great in his return. After not playing since Feburary, he had 13 points.

The Pacers did not look good in the first and second quarter. But in the last couple of minutes in the second, the Pacers made a strong stand. The second half was a different story, as it was all Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavericks.

The Pacers did not do anything at all. Also, wide-open three-pointers and jumpers were missed today, especially for Granger. The Mavericks hit most of their shots, especially the tough ones.

Nowitzki scored 31 points with four rebounds as well as Shawn Marion with 13 points and eight rebounds.

It was predicted that the Pacers would win this, according to the AccuScore predictions of ESPN. They were way off. It was the worst game I have ever seen by the Pacers this year.

So that was the game. The Pacers will go on a four-game road-trip next week. They’ll face the Warriors, Kings, Jazz, and Clippers.
