AMT Rumor Mill: Starbury Retiring? Wally to Knicks? Yi Jianlian and more

AUTHOR: | IN: Pacers | COMMENTS: None Yet

The AMT Rumor Mill According to Stephon Marbury’s Twitter account page, he has pretty much all given us a hint that he is going to retire from the National Basketball Association. Said Marbury on Twitter: “Basketball is just a game. I will say it again. 14 years 250 million. Hold that. I’m good. Thank you Jesus for the blessing. Thanks NBA.” Well, it seems JR of The Sports Brief was right when he said Marbury was going to retire after making pointless and, well shockingly stupid, videos of himself dancing, crying, Barbie Girl, and so much other stuff that it [...]

NBA Talk: No Ricky? No Problem, T-Wolves

AUTHOR: | IN: Pacers | COMMENTS: 3 Comments

“Going to Minnesota would have just complicated my life a lot. It was a risk and I didn’t see it so clearly. My priority was the NBA and it was impossible for the Minnesota Timberwolves to pay my buyout clause, so I wanted to stay home.” It looked like the Minnesota Timberwolves wasted a player when they took Ricky Rubio as their team’s first pick in the NBA Draft just a couple of months ago. I knew this was a bad choice from the start. Rubio made his decision of going back to Spain and play with his DKV Joventut [...]

Is ESPN Blind? Predicts Pacers Will Win 33 Games Next Season

AUTHOR: | IN: Pacers | COMMENTS: 4 Comments

Even I’d be scared if I were ESPN, just look at Stephen Jackson with that gun! Now this ticks me off. I have so much respect for ESPN, and before I write this post, I hope you understand that ESPN. I am not trying to harm you or in any offense that may hurt your feelings and it will end you up like the saddened and in what I think is high, Stephon Marbury, and record yourself doing the most absurd and out-of-control things on Justin.tv or some TV broadcasting crap thing like that. So I just want you to [...]

Marquis Daniels Almost Closing In On a Deal in Boston

AUTHOR: | IN: Pacers | COMMENTS: 6 Comments

The swagger is still there. Now former Indiana Pacers shooting guard Marquis Daniels has now agreed to what is about a $2M deal with the Boston Celtics, reports their city’s Herald. The Celtics were considering in doing a sign-and-trade with a third team but couldn’t find one. It was reported by ESPN.com Insider that Daniels’ former team, the Dallas Mavericks, had interest in bringing him back to his old squad but Daniels rejected. I don’t blame him, I would rather have a championship caliber team besides a first-round exit. Also, the Pacers were considering in re-signing him but it was [...]
